How do I make a return?
Start your return on the website or app where you made the purchase. You'll receive a return shipping label or a QR code.
1. Open the Return Valets iPhone or Android app and tap on START A RETURN.
2. The Return Valets app will guide you through the simple return steps.
3. We'll collect your returns and get them to where they need to go.

Do I need to package my return?
It's your choice! You can package your returns, or we can do it for you. Just follow the instructions in the app. If packaging is required, we'll handle it at no cost to you.

Do I need a printer
No printer? No problem! If you don't have a printer, you can upload your return shipping label or QR code using the Return Valets App, and we'll take care of printing it for you. If you already have a printed label or QR code, you can attach it to the package or place it in the bag with the item you're returning.

Can I return items with just a QR code?
Yes, if your return item uses a QR code instead of a return shipping label, you will upload the QR code into the Return Valets app. We’ll package it, if needed, and make sure it gets to where it needs to go.

Is Return Valets safe?
Absolutely! We scan and track each of your return items or packages from pickup to drop-off. And we insure your returns against loss or damage, just in case anything goes wrong while they're in our care. Terms and conditions apply (refer to the Terms and Conditions section in the Return Valets App).

Do I need to be home for my returns pickup?
No, we can pick up your online returns even when you’re not at home. When you set up your returns using the Return Valets iPhone or Android app, you can select how we will pick up your returns. And if you live in an apartment with Return Valets as an amenity, just simply use our app and place it in your Returns Drop Box.

Can I choose a specific time and date for my return pickup?
If we are picking up your returns at your door, you can schedule the date and pickup window when you want your returns picked up. If we are picking up at your building, we will coordinate a pickup time with your building management.

How can I track my returns?
Yes, we will notify you once your driver has picked up your returns, as well as when they are dropped off at the courier location.

Can I return oversized items?
If you need to return an item that’s bigger than 24 inches on any side, please contact us at help@returnvalets.com with the item's dimensions and a description. We'll do our best to assist you.
