From there, Scott flexed his entrepreneurial muscles and founded and launched several of his own successful companies winning contracts with Apple, Amazon, Walmart, Microsoft, Costco, Sam’s Club, and Target over the last 16 years. He’s now partnered with other amazing, successful entrepreneurs to bring North America the premier returns concierge service - Return Valets.
Stephanie Nordhaus - Founder and President
Stephanie is a seasoned entrepreneur with a strong track record in exceeding customer expectations and managing sales for the world's largest retailers. As an entrepreneur, sales executive, and visionary, Stephanie excels at connecting talented individuals and fostering positive and engaging partnerships. Her tenure as Founder and CEO of Styling with Stephanie underscored the need for more efficient online return processes, leading to the creation of Return Valets. Stephanie's driving principle, "Why waste time standing in line when there are so many more enjoyable things to do?" encapsulates her commitment to enhancing customer convenience and satisfaction.
Alfredo Cabeza - Founder and CTO
Successful entrepreneur and seasoned CTO/COO, Alfredo has built and operated logistics and e-commerce systems for 25 years. Alfredo’s approach is to first maximize customer satisfaction by creating services that are delightful to use, then minimize cost through efficient and resilient system design with continuous monitoring and improvement. Whether applied to outbound parcel shipping, returns shipping and processing, international freight, or warehouse operations, the result has been the same: happy customers and happy investors.

Terry Phillips - Chief Operations & Strategy Officer
Business builder, business owner, entrepreneur, founder, and managing partner - Terry has been building businesses from scratch since the days when video games were sold in retail stores. He has provided leadership and direction to some of the country’s largest businesses including Sony, Microsoft, and GameStop just to name a few. Terry is the grand master of thinking through where a business needs to be in 3 months, 6 months, and two years.
Michelle Levesque - Chief Designer
Michelle is the founder of her interior design firm, Michelle Tumlin Designs, and now brings her 20 years of experience designing spaces to Return Valets. With impeccable taste and boundless creativity, Michelle ensures that every commercial and residential Return Valets install is done in a manner that’s harmonious with the property’s unique aesthetic and traffic flows.
